that dang metrolift!

I use a transportation service called metrolift. I love the service, but there is one thing I really hate. The bus will only park on the south side of the campus. My class is on the far north side. I don't like this because I have to take a 20 minute walk out in the ice and snow to get to class. I tried telling the driver to park at the building where my class is, but they said they wouldn't! I don't think that's fair for a student to have to walk an extra 20 minutes in this bad weather. I wouldn't have to walk so far if metrolift would listen to what I had to say.
What should I do to get this worked out?

there will most likely be a reason as to why the driver cannot stop at the other side of the campuss. talk to metrolift themselves.

yep. see if your service is door to door or curb to curb.

It is definitely a door to door service. I'll try giving Metrolift a call and explain to them why I should tell them to park at the building where my class is.

a little extra walking, (or sprinting), wouldn't hurt. Maybe you could just call them and change the time they come to pick you up so it gives you more time to get to the correct door.

yes, it is the same here, because on campus they have a designated pick-up and drop-off spot where the metro service comes.

Nope Katey. Metrolift is curb to curb. This means they will drop you at a designated spot. It just happens that usually that spot is close to a door. With a college campus, they are not required to take you to a specific building. They just have to get you to campus. A little walking is good for you anyway.
